Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how OOO Marka ("Marka Development", "we", "us"), bul. Gvardeiskii 141, Zaporizhzhya 69091, Ukraine, collects and processes data when you use the Marka Agents platform ("the Service") and this website. The platform runs in your Azure subscription

Marka Agents is deployed from Azure Marketplace into your own Azure subscription. Your source code, work items, telemetry, and all analysis results are processed and stored by resources you own — including the Azure OpenAI account that performs the AI analysis — and never leave your environment. Azure OpenAI does not use your inputs to train AI models. Authentication uses an app registration in your own Microsoft Entra tenant; we hold no standing credentials, tokens, or secrets for your organization.

What we receive

• Nothing from the running product. We receive no code, telemetry, findings, or usage content from your deployment.
• Marketplace subscription data. Microsoft shares standard commercial marketplace transaction data with us as the publisher (organization name, subscription and plan details) so we can provide support and licensing.
• Support communications. Information you choose to share when contacting support (email content, diagnostics you attach).

Publisher access to your deployment

We have no standing access to your deployment. Support and update access to the managed resource group is gated by just-in-time approval: we can act only when you approve a specific, time-boxed request, every session is audited, and our role assignments are scoped to the managed resource group — we hold no roles in your Entra tenant or the rest of your subscription. During an approved session our operators administer the deployed resources, including their configuration; if you want to fully revoke trust after a support session, rotating the app registration secret cuts all application-level access immediately.

Retention and deletion

All product data lives in your subscription and is under your control. Deleting the managed application removes the deployed resources and all data they hold. Support correspondence we hold is deleted on request.

Your rights

Subject to applicable data protection law in your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact alexey.nakishev@marka-development.com.

Website

This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and fonts are served from our own domain — no visitor data is sent to third parties. Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent) may be retained briefly for security and operations.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated revision date.
