What to include

• Your organization name and, for marketplace subscribers, the subscription or plan name.
• What you were doing (page in the operator console, review run ID, or pull request) and what you expected to happen.
• Approximate time of the issue and any error message you saw.

Onboarding help

New subscribers receive a step-by-step onboarding guide covering Entra admin consent, adding the Marka Agents service principal to Azure DevOps, and optional Log Analytics access. If your administrators have questions about any step — permissions, scopes, or security review — email us and we'll walk through it together, including on a call if that's easier.
