Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of this website and, unless superseded by a separate agreement, the Marka Agents platform ("the Service") provided by OOO Marka ("Marka Development", "we", "us"), bul. Gvardeiskii 141, Zaporizhzhya 69091, Ukraine.

Marketplace purchases

Subscriptions purchased through Microsoft Marketplace are governed by the Standard Contract for the Microsoft commercial marketplace between you and us, together with the plan details shown in the marketplace listing. Where these Terms conflict with the Standard Contract for a marketplace purchase, the Standard Contract prevails.

Use of the Service

• You may use the Service only with organizations, repositories, and telemetry sources you are authorized to connect, and within the usage limits of your plan.
• You are responsible for the permissions your administrators grant to the Service in your Microsoft Entra tenant and Azure DevOps organization, and for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it.
• You may not attempt to disrupt the Service, access other tenants' data, or misuse the Service to infringe third-party rights.

AI-generated content

The Service produces AI-generated analyses (code review findings, incident summaries, work item drafts). This output is assistive and may contain errors; it is not professional advice, and decisions based on it remain your responsibility. Safety controls (read-only mode, dry run, publish policies) are provided so your team controls what, if anything, is published to your systems.

Intellectual property

Your code, work items, telemetry, and other inputs remain yours. Analysis results generated for your tenant are yours to use. The Service, this website, and all associated software and branding remain the property of OOO Marka.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided without a guaranteed service level unless agreed separately. We may improve or modify features over time; material reductions of subscribed functionality will be communicated in advance.

Disclaimer and liability

Except as expressly stated in the Standard Contract or a separate signed agreement, the website and the Service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
